This is a video of groundstroke practice vs my Silent Partner tennis ball machine. The SP is set to a sped of 5, spin 5 (flat) and feed rate of 5 and this seems to be my current challenge point where I can hit at this speed/feed rate but make way too many errors. If I turn the speed and/or feed up even slightly (as I did in this video) my error rate really goes up with many more balls into the net or poorly hit. As the video shows deeper balls at that speed are especially troublesome. I guess I just keep practicing.
